Dallas County – County Administrative Buildings

Keystone Development Group is working with Serra Real Estate, Serra National,  CGA Capital, and Clearfield Advisors on several projects for Dallas County. The completed projects include the acquisition and development of two new ground up County courthouse and administrative buildings, one acquisition and renovation for a third County courthouse and administrative building, and the acquisition and development of a new 12-story, 1,222 stall parking garage. The current projects include the development of over 2.5 megawatts of solar energy for the four county buildings as well as the exploration of over 40 megawatts of solar files for community energy applications. Keystone servers a variety of roles on these projects including partner, construction monitor, project management, and lender compliance and oversite.
