Berkeley Apartments – Market Rate Infill Project

The Berkeley was an acquisition of a 406 unit existing apartment community and development of 310 additional new market-rate and BMR units located in Fort Worth, TX. Keystone Development Group affiliated with Lessel Reality, who secured the financing and served as asset manager.  In this capacity Keystone assisted in the acquisition and due diligence phases and provided asset management and construction oversight of the new $28 million development. The project is located near TCU and the Fort Worth Medical Center.
