Tasman East – Market Rate Urban Infill Project

Related California Residential retained Keystone Development Group to provide due diligence, entitlement, and asset management services for the assemblage of six parcels containing approximately 250,000 square feet of operating office and industrial buildings within the Tasman East Business Park. The proposed redevelopment to over 1,500 high-density market rate residential units required extensive entitlements including a new Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and EIR. Entitlements were successfully received and the first phase of projects was completed.
