Latham Square – High-Rise Office Renovation Project

The Latham Square Building is a 132,527 square foot 1927 era, 14-story building in downtown Oakland. Keystone Development Group provided project and construction management services for Bentall Kennedy during their ownership of the building. Those efforts included multiple full-floor gut and tenant improvement renovations as well as full building systems upgrades.
