City Place Santa Clara – Master Plan Mixed-Use Project

City Place Santa Clara is a new destination City Center for Santa Clara. The 240 acre site is adjacent to Levi’s Stadium (home to the San Francisco 49ers) and the proposed 9.1 million square foot mixed-use project will include 5.7 million square feet of office, 1.5 million square feet of retail, food, beverage, and entertainment, 1,680 residential units, and 700 hotel rooms. The project is a Public Private Partnership between the City of Santa Clara and Related Urban. Keystone Development Group provided project management services on this large endeavor during the entitlement approval process and lead or assisted the coordination of various City departments and other governmental agencies, the preparation of economic and fiscal feasibility studies, and the community engagement efforts. The proposed project received its entitlements and the site preparation work is underway.
